If a jar is broken or you got the wrong thing, text me and I'll replace it or refund it. There's no form and no deadline. I'd rather hear about it than have you throw it away.

Opened honey and lotion

I can't resell an opened jar of honey or a used jar of lotion, so I don't take those back. If you're unhappy with it anyway, tell me what happened and we'll work something out.
