Raw, unfiltered honey from about 500 hives on organic farms around Idaho's Treasure Valley. It goes through a large strainer to catch bees and comb, and nothing else is done to it. It is never heated, so the pollen is still in it. A quart is $20 and a gallon is $60. Local only, no shipping.
Our hives sit on organic farms around the valley, by agreement with the farmers who work them. Local honey around here has always cost more than most families can cook with, so ours is priced so you use it.

Questions people ask
- What do raw and unfiltered actually mean here?
- It goes through a large strainer on the way into the jar to catch bees and bits of comb. Nothing else is taken out and it's never heated, so the pollen is still in there.
- How much honey is a quart?
- A quart jar holds about three pounds of honey and it's $20. A gallon is about twelve pounds and it's $60. There's a five gallon too. Text me for the price on that one.
- Will it go solid in the jar?
- Probably. Raw honey sets because the pollen and the enzymes are still in it. Stand the jar in warm water and it loosens back up. Keep the water under about 104 degrees and don't use the microwave.
- Can you post it to me?
- No. It's all local, nothing ships. Send the order over and we'll work out how to get it to you.
